Sunny Tsun
Sunny is regarded as one of the most distinguished real estate investment professionals in the market, he has 25 years real estate experience and was most recently head of GIC Australia, prior to that he spent 22 at GIC in Singapore, managing Singapore’s foreign capital reserves’ property interests. GIC are the largest foreign real estate asset owner in Australia, including Chifley Tower and a substantial industrial portfolio. Sunny also previously worked with global asset managers Ping An and SEB Asset Management.

Prior to this, he was working in Investment Banking at CITI Bank. Alan’s total deals at AVARI exceed $2B. He is experienced in investment sourcing, portfolio management and repositioning. Alan has also completed numerous residential developments.

Steven O’Connell
Steven has over 35 years of experience in the finance industry across life insurance, asset management, custodian services, financial planning and
superannuation. Steven has previously headed the compliance for several large multi-national asset managers and was a pivotal person during the
sale of Mellon Australia’s superannuation and administration consulting business in 2005. Steven holds a Bachelor of Business and is a CPA. Steven
is also an associate of the Australasian Governance, Risk and Compliance Institute.
